Designed with a seating capacity of 46 covers, the layout integrates live stations for grill chicken, shawarma, mandi, Turkish oven, tantuni kebab, kunafa, baklava, Turkish coffee, and ice cream along a single operational spine that allows customers to witness the preparation process in real time. The plan balances front-of-house dining with a fully equipped kitchen, dispatch counter, and support spaces to ensure seamless service and high turnover.

The interiors employ a restrained palette of terrazzo flooring, soft neutral finishes, ergonomic furniture, suspended lighting, and panoramic imagery inspired by Cappadocia, creating a sophisticated yet approachable ambience that complements the international menu.
