Subbaya Gari Tiffins reinterprets the warmth and authenticity of traditional Andhra hospitality within a contemporary dining environment. Planned over approximately 2,000 sq. ft., the project organizes live counters for idly, dosa, puri, sweets, and savouries around a highly efficient service spine, while the dining hall remains open, intuitive, and comfortable for high customer turnover. The ground floor layout integrates standing tables, communal seating, online delivery, and dedicated handwash and support zones to streamline operations and enhance user convenience.

The rendered interiors evoke the character of a classic South Indian home through timber columns, patterned ceilings, arched openings, terrazzo-style flooring, handcrafted motifs, and warm ambient lighting. These elements create a familiar and culturally resonant atmosphere that elevates the everyday tiffin experience.

USP: The project transforms a fast-paced tiffin restaurant into an immersive celebration of Andhra culinary heritage, combining operational efficiency with a timeless architectural language rooted in memory, craftsmanship, and community.
